FAQ
Parse failed — what do I do?
First check that the link contains /status/ followed by numbers, and that the tweet is publicly visible without login. Private accounts, sensitive-marked, or deleted tweets can't be parsed. Occasional failures on public tweets are usually API rate limits — try again in a few minutes.
Where do downloaded videos go?
Clicking Download opens the original-quality link in a new tab. Use your browser's "Save video as" menu to save it locally. On mobile browsers, long-press the video and choose Save.
How many quality options are there?
Whatever the platform offers. Twitter usually provides several bitrates — higher numbers mean clearer video and larger files.
Does this site store the links I paste?
No. Parsing runs in your browser, requesting public APIs directly — nothing passes through or is stored on this site's servers.
Why is there no download box on the homepage?
The homepage is an introduction only. Click "Downloader" in the header, pick a platform from the dropdown, and use its inner page. New platforms will appear in the same dropdown when they launch.
Can I use downloaded videos commercially?
Not directly. Videos belong to their creators and platforms. This tool is for personal learning and fair use only — get permission before reposting or redistributing.
